This property needed  a Garage Roof Replacement.

  • Removal of Asbestos to external wall.
  • Supply and install scaffolding.
  • Excavate three footings in slab and install new concrete footings with steel beams and steal posts.
  • Supply and install all timber beams, floor joists, wall framing, roofing members as per plan.
  • Supply and install wall cladding.
  • Supply and install fascia 71lm.
  • Supply and install roof batons, insulation, roof sheeting, flashings, and capping’s. 150m2
  • Supply and install external framing, eave linings and trims
  • Supply and install windows and glazing
  • Supply and install Plasterboard, set and sand ready for paint. 290m2
  • Supply and install internal carpentry fix out, skirtings and trims.
  • Paint all eaves, trims, Plasterboard, shirtings, and architraves. Paint external brick wall where asbestos was removed.
